Check your case status

Start to check your case please prepare the following information: 

1) Case number – You can find your case number from the cover page (1st page) of the retainer agreement file or invoice. It is your ticket icon and offence number (case number = icon-offence number e.g. 4860-12348672)
2) Last name
3) First name
4) Contact phone number on file
5) Contact email address on file

Note: If you are not the ticket owner or authorized person or the information is not match in our record, we will not provide the case update to you.  If you have more than one case, please submit a separate request for each.
