If you received more than one ticket under the same circumstances, they will be treated as one case.
When you decide to request the withdrawal of your case, since there is more than one ticket involved, the prosecutor usually will not allow you to deal with each ticket separately, as they are part of the same case. The prosecutor will typically propose a plea deal: you plead guilty to the 1st serious ticket, and in return, they will withdraw the other tickets.
Our service fee primarily covers the most serious ticket . The other ticket(s) is included at no extra cost. If your intention is to plead guilty and request a reduced fine, you do not need to hire us. Please note that your case may not be resolved in a single court appearance. Our fee includes all document handling. Simply follow our instructions, and we will manage your case until completion and notify you of the outcome.
